​We recognised (in our personal search) for a property to rent some time ago, the service fees for both Landlord and Tenants alike were just not delivering Value For Money. From this we designed a business model which keeps our over-heads down, meaning these savings can be passed to our clients being both Landlord and Tenant.

 

Since our launch of February 2015 we have successfully placed 65 Tenants into properties in the Cardiff and Vale area.

- Accompanied or we will complete Viewings freeing up your time
- Referencing inc. Credit Check to help understand your next tenant
- Tenancy Agreement (Assured Shorthold Tenancy verified by soliciting firm)
- Compliance checks ensuring best practice, EPC, Gas Cert and Electric Cert is in place to ensure the property is safe.
- Arrange First month's rent and deposit directly paid to a rent smart approved landlord

+ Floor Plans and High Quality Photography to allow Tenants to get a better idea of the property being advertised.
